What do I need for a tutoring session? A good internet connection, quiet space, pen and paper. If you need anything else your tutor will let you know.

How do I access the tuition session? Via the Zoom link which will be sent to the email address you registered with each week.

Do cameras or microphones need to be switched on?

No. We do recommend during 121 sessions that students unmute to respond to questioning but it’s not a requirement.

Will there be homework set? There will always be work provided for students to complete after the session.

What is the cancellation policy? Cancellations for Group Science Squad sessions at least 1 hour before the session can be rescheduled for free. Revision bootcamps cannot be rescheduled or refunded due to limited space and extremely high demand for slots.

Is there tutoring available during school holidays? Absolutely. We have our GCSE Exam prep bootcamps, 121 sessions and Science Squad sessions still running during school breaks.
